Sangam Law was established with the objective of addressing the gap between conventional legal advisory models and the practical requirements of startups, SMEs and founder-led businesses. The practice focuses on providing legal support that is aligned with business operations, commercial timelines and growth-stage requirements, while remaining accessible to businesses at different stages of development.
The practice is led by Shruthi Srinivasan, a graduate of the National University of Juridical Sciences (NUJS), Kolkata. Prior to founding Sangam Law, she was part of the transactional advisory teams at leading law firms in Mumbai and Chennai, where she advised on domestic and cross-border mergers and acquisitions, private equity and venture capital investments, intellectual property protection and commercialisation, and sector-specific corporate advisory matters.
